Question about back exit of Orange Lake Resort

I was reading a post where someone mentioned a back exit out of Orange Lake near the East Village.

Where does this exit take you? Is there a shorter way to get to WDW than going back out onto the 192? Does is by chance link up to the back exit to WDW on Sherberth?

I checked online with MapQuest and it doesn't show an East Village exit but then again they aren't 100% reliable either.

The only back exit I know of is the one by the East Village. It just avoids driving all the way through the resort. It brings you out to the main highway by the grocery store shopping center. I think the main highway is 192.

Yes...it is a nice exit if your condo is way in the back. It used to close at 10 PM or so....I would exit that way if you are way in the back...it is easier than going all the way through the condos..Sherberth Rd is east on 192 about a mile from Olake..if it is really busy and traffic is backed up past Sherberth take Black Lake Rd. and it will take you to Sherberth...enjoy...
