Question about AP

So we are arriving at Disney on Saturday and plan on purchasing Florida Annual passes. Can I purchase online now and set up FP+ without the passes on hand or am I out of luck. Also does the start date begin today if I buy onlline today or does it start the first day I use it.

The start date is the first day you use it not the day you buy it. I'm not sure about FP but I know I booked my AP discount resort deal before using it. And you do book FP for tickets before actually using them so it would make sense this would be allowed.

Sounds good. I will then purchase tonight and try to get some FP's. I heard they will reimburse you for parking the first day too if you don't have your tickets/band

I was able to purchase online and use it to make my FP. The start date was the day I entered the park with it.

1. You can arrange FP without the actual passes on hand. You may find the green link in my signature helpful.
2. In your case, the first day you use it. (If bought on WDW property, the start date is the day you buy it.)
