Question about AP Tickets at Hotel

Can you purchase APs at the ticket windows at the hotels?

No, the are not available at the hotels. You have to go to a park or Downtown Disney. They are also available at the Orlando Airport World of Disney. I'm not sure why they don't sell them at the resorts, perhaps it is because your name and address have to be registered. The finger scan is taken the first time you go through the turnstiles.
