question about ap rates

we just purchased ap's for my whole family and printed out a confirmation
so when we go down in august we will hand the paper to the "will call" window and receive the ap's.

now, if and when the rates for october do come out and if its before the end of august when i am supposed to go to dw and since i officially paid for them can i still
get the ap rate even though i really didn't active my ap??

Yes, you have to show your AP at checkin, not when you make your reservation.

thanks so diffently by then (october ) we will have our official ap card now i am hoping the new rates come out soon.....

Also, typically they will let you show confirmation of purchase, or let you stop back by later in the week to show the AP once you receive it if you don't have it in hand at check in.
