Question about AP Dining card

Can you get the discount dining card they offer to annual pass holder with just the voucher? My sister is coming with us in Dec is buying annual passes. She had purchased the dining card before but her AP was already validated. She is not going to validate her new AP until Dec.

Yes, you can get a Disney Dining Experience card with just the voucher. That's how I got my first one. Just tell your sister to give them the voucher number when she calls to order it.

Yep - I've done this before. You just need the number off the back!
