Question about annual pass

Hello All,

We will be going in March for 4 nights and then on to the cruise for 7 nights. We are hoping to take advantage of the $99 cruise vouchers in the Fall of next year and staying again at DW for a few days. Based on this, it looks like it is worth buying 1 annual pass so that I may be able to get a room discount when we go back in the Fall. I already booked our room for March but was wondering if I bought an annual pass today, can it be activated immediately so that I MAY be able to get a further discount on my 4 night stay in March? Any ides would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

You do not have to have the annual pass in hand to make the annual pass discount reservation. You do need it or a voucher at check-in. When you read here that annual pass discounts are available for your time (they are only until Feb right now I believe) then you can call and see if they have them for your time/resort.

Like the pp said, you do not activate your pass until you go in march. That way, it will be good through march of next year. When I know I'm going to be going more than once in a year I'll buy my AP immediately before the prices go up. I bought our AP for our honeymoon in July LAST summer before the price increase. I won't activate it until this summer though. I was looking at the history of AP codes and it looks like the next batch may be released in January. I say go for it!
