Question about annual pass renewal

My current annual pass expires on April 29, 2019. I want to renew before that to take advantage of the three free months. If I renew today, does anyone know if my pass would expire 15 months from today or 15 months from April 29?

I would THINK that it would b from your new renewal date - and u can only renew 1 month before ur expiration date

Well, I went ahead and renewed it today and it went through, so maybe they changed that? Anyway, I would have had to renew by April 4th to get the free months, so even if it expires 15 months from today that's ok.

I'm surprised. They wouldn't let me renew mine more than 30 days before expiration last fall.

I renewed yesterday to take advantage of the extra months. I waited until exactly 30 days prior to do it. My pass expires May 2nd. Never thought of trying earlier. I was told the new expiration date is November 1, 2020, so that’s 6 months from May 2nd.

I was actually told the opposite. I could renew earlier than 30 days to get promo (my passes expire late May), but pass would ACTIVATE before April 4 EOD - so would expire early Oct. I actually needed it to go thru Nov 1...they said that wasn't allowed. Weird.
