Question about Allegiant Airline points

My sister wants to use her Allegiant points to pay for the airfare for our trip in May.
Can she do that if we live in 2 different states??

No idea about Allegiant but on non-ULCC airlines it's never been a problem.

Airlines are generally in three tiers. Legacy (Delta, United, American)
LCC or Low Cost Carrier (Southwest, Jet Blue)
ULCC or Ultra Low Cost Carrier (Allegiant, Frontier, Spirit)
