If we RD a 9:00 a.m. opening at AK, will we be able to ride Kilimanjaro Safari and still make it to the Lion King show at 10:00?

Yes. That was our plan but we were late and had to skip Lion King and go back at the end of the day. The safari takes awhile so make it a priority to be at the gates 20 minutes early

I think it's doable if you haul it at RD. Depending on the day KS can be wide open. We were able to do it but know that youll be rushing.

Yup, I have done it several times, but I am a single traveler who can hustle to KS. Depending on how busy the park is the day you visit, that line can build quickly. But if you are toward the front of the RD crowd, it's a great plan.

Yes, it can be done. It may be close as the safari can take a while to get through even when it is RD walk on. They will wait to fill the truck and then the time it takes to get through the attraction. The more animals and short stops, the longer it may take. You should still be able to make it by show time.

We typically book Tusker House breakfast at 8AM. This gets us into the park and half way to the safari early. We get to relax and have a good breakfast and then take a short leisurely walk to the safari to be one of the first in line. Just a thought.
