Question about AFVC????

We have booked a stay at Silver Lake Resort through the Armed Forces Vacation Club. We are really excited about our upcoming trip!! I just need to know who I should contact to request adjoining condos (if even available there) and request specific floors. Should I contact the resort or AFVC? Thanks in advance for any help

For specific requests I'd contact the resort directly. You'll need your reservation numbers, names the reservation are in, etc., from the paperwork from AFVC.

I'd caution though that the resort may not have record of the details of your reservation until close to your check-in date. So if you're calling on a reservation that's months ahead you shouldn't get upset if the resort hasn't heard of you.

At the very least it might be a good idea to call Silver Lake, tell them what you want to do/who you booked with, and ask when and who at the resort you should contact if they can't help you right now.
