Question about ADR'S

Hi. My question is pretty simple (I hope). My family and I hope to be going to WDW this Nov for thanksgiving. We also are looking to get the DxDP for the first time. I know that this will give us 3 meals credits to use at our will per night and per person. There are certain ADR's we want to book that are "signature" meals for dinner. We won't be booking our vacation until end of July when we can pay in full, but I know how quickly these ADR's go and was wondering if we book them 180 days out do we need to put them on a credit card and if we decide to cancel them will it be charged? Thank you for any and all help!

BTW the places we want to book are

Le Cellier Steakhouse for dinner
Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast
Yachtsmen Steakhouse for dinner

You don't need to give a credit card to reserve at Yachtsmen and LeCellier. You do need to give a credit card number for a CRT reservation. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation, you won't be charged. If you show up for your meal, you'll be able to tell them to use your DDP credits.

If you book CRT without a reservation with dining plan attached you will have to pay in full at the time you make your ADR.
