Question about ADR's?

If staying at the Swan, are you allowed to make ADR's?

You can make ADRs if you're staying anywhere from what I understand. I've made plenty of ADRs without having even booked a ressie at any hotel yet.

Yes you can make ADR's but I don't think you will have the 90 + 10 rule. I'm sure someone will come by and clarify.
