Question about AAA discounts

Does anyone know if the AAA discount on food in the parks also applies to the purchase of the meal deal? We've never really felt the need for an AAA membership, but I am thinking it might more than pay for itself on this trip. I tried checking the AAA/universal site but it requires a membership # before showing the discounts.

the AAA can not be used on the meal deal.
it already is a discounted deal

the AAA will get you a 10% discount on all food and merch at UO


i have had and used my AAA card since 2002 at the parks
also use my ap

We bought the $85.99 tickets from the AAA website and saved a few dollars off each ticket. Very fast shipping. And we use it everywhere in the parks.
