Question about a pin

Hi, I have a Alien Encounter pin and I heard it is closing for rehab.
Is this going to increase it's value or is it going to stay the same

And I'm also new to this posting thing and wondering if going to work.

I would think it would become more popular. Seems like that is what happens to pins such as People Mover or CoP.
But like with any pin, it's beauty (and value) is in the eye of the beholder.

I don't know if a rehab will affect the value of a pin based on the ride. If it were being shut down completely or given a name change, then that would have an affect.

When it's reopened, I'm sure there will be new pins for the new rehab. If the rehab is extensive (for example, getting rid of Skippy, new logo, etc.) and new pins are released, then the older pins may increase in value.

Like Luv2roam said, it's all in the eye of the beholder.
