Question about a pin code

I just got an email pin code, but like all other pin codes I've gotten in the past it said "for Florida Residents" which I'm not. I tried entering it along with my zipcode, but it wouldn't take it. I called reservations and explained the situation to him, he verified they have my current address, correct email, etc in the system, but told me I couldn't use that pin code because of the zipcode problem. He didn't even offer to let me use it with my real address anyway. The only time I ever lived in Florida was when I was in the college program, but that was over 10 years ago. He mumbled something about using an archived address and pretty much was no help. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on how to make sure it gets corrected? I'd really like to get a pin code I could actually use some time.
