Question about 4/3 and Concierge

We are staying at the BC resort 4/30-5/6 for the first time. We booked the 4/3 rate and upgraded to a waterview room. It is a very special trip for us and my mother is joining us as well (we have 2 rooms booked). I was considering surprising everyone (our room and hers) with an upgrade to the concierge level. Does anyone know if this is possible with the 4/3 rate? I couldn't find it on Disney's website and we booked our trip through them.

Hi, I'm holding a reservation at the BC - Club level ("garden") view under the Buy 4/get 3 package in June. For a family of 2 adults and 2 teens and standard room and 7 day base tix, my cost is $2647. I've upgraded to Club Level (garden) view for total of $3,277).
