There are no RFC coupons in my 2012 Entertainment Book.

In my 2012 Houston book (Page A3), there are two coupons:

$5 off any purchase of $20 or more.
15% off any retail purchase of $25 or more.

not in my book, but the Orlando book has 15% off any order over $25, and 2 for $5 off an order over $20 (1 coupon per table)
