Question about 11 month window?

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering about the exact time to make a reservation for a June 13-18 2004 trip (11 month window) Is it calculated from the day you depart? Also, what is a dedicated 2 bedroom unit with 2 queens? Is it exactly that? Is this instead of a king? Thanks for your help!

You make your booking call on the 18th

Dedicated 2 bedroom with 2 queens means there are two queen beds in the second bedroom instead of 1 queen and 1 sofa bed. There is still the king in the master bed room.

If you will be leaving on the 18th you can call to make the reservation on July 18, 2003. If you will be staying the night of the 18th and leaving on the 19th, you can call on July 19, 2003.

At that time of the year, calling 11 months from the departure date should suffice to get your whole reservation at once. At busier times- or for hard-to-get room types- you may need to call day-by-day. (You could call on July 14 for the first day, July 15 for the next, etc.)

The 11 month window is on the day you depart which in your case would be July 19, 2003 or July 18 if you departure date is the 18th. Some people express reservations with dates other than departure using the last nights date so in your case it is difficult to determine without knowing your departure date. In OKW all the dedicated two bedrooms have 2 queens in the second bedroom, in fact at OKW so do the lockoffs because all the second bedrooms have queens. At other resorts some have queens and some have one queen and a sofa bed. A 2 bedroom at OKW sleeps 6 with two people on each queen and two in the king, if you want to rough it then the living room at OKW has a sofa bed with room for 2 more people making possible to sleep 8, but with 8 the place must get a little crowded.

If you are checking out on Friday June 18, 2004, then you can make your reservation on Friday, July 18, 2003.

If you are checking out on Saturday, June 19, 2004, then you can make your reservation on Monday, July 21, 2003. (July 19 is a Saturday and MS is closed).
