Question about 11 month rule?

I would like to book a my first visit home for Dec 03, when is the earliest i can book it. Is it 11 months from my check in date or 11 month from my check out date. Thanks for you help! Also has anyone gone home for new years, if you have tell me how it was.

It is 11 months from check-out. In this case, you could book Dec 3rd on Jan the 4th if you are calling day-by-day. If you are looking for late December, day-by-day may be needed for some reservations, but usually, you can wait until 11 months from the end of the stay and reserve the entire reservation at once.
