when i'm going will they let me turn in quests with my friends tickets if my friends dont come?

Do your friends have APs?
They probably would, unless the ticket has to be used as admission on that day, which I don't think it does.

They're also helpful for grabbing multiple fastpasses, lol, I know I steal my friend's AP for it.

its does because we're going because of graduation so we get a discount

Your friends do not have to be with you, but you need a ticket for either that day or an annual pass.
