Quest Kiosk, new cost?

Am I just late, or am I going crazy? It says to buy a quest kiosk it costs 30,000

I saw that. I am kinda upset...after all it took me at least a month to get my first 10,000 credits! (no, I am not a frequent gamer, as you can probably tell...)
