Phinny always starts the quest on the Q button a few minutes early, she doesn't open the room until the proper time.

Well, I seen a Purple Pirate Chest, two red crates and and Purple Pirate Piano. There was also a bunch of old pirate series pins including the Jolly Roger and the new Jack's Compass pin. There was alco pirate thrones and other furniture from Ned's.

I probably won't end up with anything since I finished with a time of 9:46.
