Just a quick question.....I'm 60kg (132 pounds) and 163cms tall. I have lost 15 kgs (although I must of carried the weight well because I never looked fat as such, just felt horrible). So I am within the healthy weight range for my BMI, but want to loose 5kg (approx 10 pounds) and get down to 120 pounds (55kg), before I come to DW. My question is that I eat really well at approx 1300 cals per day and do up to two strenuous walks (we live in a VERY hilly area) one with a heavy jogger stroller for 60 minutes or more twice a day, and have done for 18 mths , so I'm very fit. I go onto a food chart online that charts cals in food that you have eaten and minuses the exercise cals burnt from what you have eaten. So if I have eaten 1350 cals (my goal) and done 120 mins walking, it minuses the burnt cals from the total, so I end up with a net intake of 850 approx. It then says I have 500 cals left to eat? So am I supposed to eat more to get back to 1350? It seems like I'm then eating back the cals I burnt exercising....I'm confused? When I lost the previous 15kg, I stuck to 1200 -1500cals and did the same exercise, but wonder if the cals are too low with that amount of exercise, plus I am on my feet 12hrs a day at work rushing around without stopping all day (only sit for half an hr in a 12 hr shift)? Any ideas?
