Quality of service given by MS

I do not believe that MS is giving very high quality service lately. I have been on the wait list since Nov 10 for my upcoming trip and I have been burned too many times to count by MS.

The latest one happened on Christmas eve. I was on the wait list on auto confirm. They called my work at 11:30 on Christmas eve and left a message about a match on the wait list. I was to return the call by 5:30 on Dec 26. I just got the message today after returning to work. I call in regularly to check if anything has matched. I called at 9 am sharp on Dec 29 (Monday) and was told nothing matched. I was initially told I was not on the wait list, put on hold and then told yes I was.

Dec 30, called again. Told I was not on the wait list and was added or something like that going back to the original date of Nov 10.

I called MS this morning with hopes that something could be done after getting the message....nothing. Sometimes life sucks when it comes to MS and the waitlist. I don't think they are doing a very good job in this instance. They don't really seem to know what they are doing. I really should have had been matched on the wait list because I was on AUTOCONFIRM.

Sorry you had such a negative experience.
If there is one thing I could change about MS, it would be the waitlist policies.
I don't have much faith in them either.
I would think they would try you at home if they didn't get an answer at your work on Christmas Eve.
A lot of people took extended vacation this year because Christmas fell on a Thursday. I know in my line of work, I would have tried an alternate number.
