We have stayed at Quality Inn on Manchester twice - I was happy with the hotel, especially compared to some hotels I have paid more money for.
Don't expect a fancy hotel - it is actually a motel style hotel - all rooms open to outdoor courtyards. The rooms are a decent size - last year we stayed there at the tail end of a two week holiday and with all our luggage it was a bit tight, but this time we only had two carry-ons, so it was much better. Each room has a small fridge (empty), microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer (weak), coffee maker and phone.
The toilet and tub are in a separate room, the sink is in the main room, which was great for us as I could be doing my hair while hubby is taking a shower.
The breakfast was great for us - make your own waffles, toast, english muffins, hard boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Oh and donuts and danishes too. This time around we were in room 3104 - right across from the breakfast room, which would have been bad if we wanted to sleep in, there is tables in the courtyard and you could hear the chairs scraping and people talking.
It is about 15-20 minutes to walk to the parks (actually inside them, not just the gate), which made it great to go back to the hotel for a nap before hitting the parks in the evenings. Between the hotel and the parks, there is a McDonalds and Mimi's Cafe (highly recommend this place) as well as another bakery/cafe type place that I have never tried. My husband hates leaving food on his plate at restaurants, and he didn't finish his dinner at Mimi's, which tells you how good and filling the food is. The meal for the two of us came to under $30 (I think we only drank water though), and I was STUFFED).
Let me know if you have any more questions...
