Quality Inn Plaza

Hi

We have booked a 14night stay at the Quality Inn Plaza, on International Drive, has anyone stayed there, is the food OK and what sort of prices are the restaurants. thanks ANNIE

Hi Annie,

We stayed at the QIP for 7 nights in October. We found found it basic but comfortable ( although we had just done 7 nights at Port Orleans Riverside, so we were a bit spoilt).

We tried the buffet breakfast one morning - but didn't bother again! You get a much better breakfast buffet next door at the Sizzler or at the Ponderosa a short walk up IDrive.

After sampling the breakfast buffet we never ate anymore meals at the hotel, so can't really say if they were any good or not. They seem to be good value it you have kids under 12 as they eat free.

There are so many restaurants along IDrive that you will be spoilt for choice. Some, like the Ponderosa are really good value for money - the cheapest steak dinner is around $8.99 and you get the 'all you can eat' buffet included in that!

Try aksing the same question on the UK Boards - it is a populat hotel for Brits because of its low cost, so there should be plenty of other folk who have stayed there.
