QSDP - World showcase. Limited locations

We usually use QSDP in China/Japan/Mexico/Morroco and France but these are not on the 2020 location list. Is this confirmed?

Trust me, if any of those places were NOT accepting the dining plan, we would have heard about it by now. There would be a VERY long thread here and probably another one over on the DIS FB page.
