QSDP Questions

We are newbies to the dining plans, and have the QSDP for our next visit. When we check in at the resort will we be given a list of what is included eg what we can use snack credits for? Also, on the boards all the information suggests that the refillable mug is included in this plan, but we have booked through Virgin Holidays and their brochure does not mention this at all? I would be buying mugs either way, just don't want to buy two mugs and realise later that they were included!

No -- at least not at POFQ -- generally speaking, it's anything under $4.00. Also, on the boards all the information suggests that the refillable mug is included in this plan, but we have booked through Virgin Holidays and their brochure does not mention this at all? I would be buying mugs either way, just don't want to buy two mugs and realise later that they were included! I don't know why your brochure doesn't mention it, but the refillable mugs are absolutely included as part of the QSDP -- they will be displayed in your food court and just pick up one for each guest and check out -- they will deducted/credited from your account/card
