So does each person in your party have to present their KTTW when ordering?
For example we are a family of 5....3 kids. Will each person have to order separately and pay seperately?
I am hoping NOT...that way 2 of us can go order and they other 3 can go get a table!!!!

No. One card per room for the guests booked into that room. So if you have everyone staying in one room, you can use any one card (like having a joint bank account - same account, different card holders).

If you had 4 people in one room and 2 in another (just an example of a group split into 2 rooms) you would need one card as above for the four in the one room and someone from room 2 would need to present one card for the guests in the other room (separate "account"). Does that make sense?

From what I heard, you can basically use your credits as a "pot" of credits. For example, for a family of four staying six nights, you have 48 credits to use in your group. They don't take 1QS credit from each of you, instead they just take 4QS from your "pot".

As far as presenting your KTTW card, only one member must present it should you be dining together.

The PP is correct. The credits are put into a pool and you can use them in any order until your allocation of credits is depleted.

When you say 3 kids, I presume you mean 3 under 10s who will be on the kids plan. So you will have 10 snack credits per day total, and 4 adult and 6 child CS meals per day. If you want to eat 4 CS each one day and only eat snacks the next, it is fine.

They are pooled as long as each guest is on the same vacation package. And again, only one member of your party needs to show your KTTW card. For example, if you and your husband decide to eat somewhere different from the rest of the group, each "group" needs the KTTW card to show during the meal. That make sense?

MajorThomasina: Thank You! I always thought the credits were pooled,but I keep reading conflicting posts on the subject.
