QSDP do I get 2 beverages at the resort?

Wondering if since we get a refillable mug but the meals include a beverage, does the mug count as my beverage or can I refill my mug and get a bottled drink for later?

The mug is seperate to the meal credit. So yes get a bottled drink with the meal (save for later) and use the mug for now.

And just FYI, you can bring your mug to other QS at other resorts (but not in the parks) and get "two" drinks there too.
