QS to go

We are going in May on the QSDP, and I know we will have a few QS left at the end of the week, so was wondering what we could get from the resort food court to take on the ride home (10 hours). We will probably have a small cooler with us.

I tried doing a search of the boards, but it would not ever load the search results.

You should be able to get anything to go. Are you driving or do you have a car? Many recommend going to earl and getting sandwiches to go

are you using the CS for breakfasts? Or snack credits for breakfast? Maybe toss in a few hot breakfasts to use them up.

I'm not sure where you are staying but many of the resort counter service places have pre made sandwiches which are fairly well packaged.

I know at the beach club marketplace for a QS you could get a sandwich, a bag of chips, a dessert (like a rice crispie treat) and a bottled drink. This was easy to pack in the cooler.

Pop also has wrapped sandwiches and salads which are easy to pack in a cooler.

Sorry, I meant to post in the DDP area...

We are staying at POFQ. We will use some credits for bkfst, but we are paying OOP for a few TS meals, so I know we will have a few left.

We always end up doing this because we always have extra credits to use up. The sandwiches are good, also salads are packaged nicely. Bags of chips, bottles of pop, rice krispie mickeys are great to take along. Just check out the menus and grab N go section and get the most portable options.

Why not head on over to Earl of Sandwich at DTD and get a bunch of sandwiches, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, chips and bottled sodas and waters???

We did that one year and had food for the ENTIRE ride home...16+ hours!

So....those prepackaged grab and go ones....are those available at the resorts at, say, 7am. I don't want to get them the night before, but I didn't know if they would be well stocked in the mornings.
