Qs/Refillable mugs in HHI?

We are heading to HHI for spring break and was wondering if there is a QS and a place to get/use refillable mugs inside the resort? Or should I plan on bring stuff for breakfast and bringing in all our drinks?

Refillable mugs are at the quick service Tide Me Over. They have breakfast there as well.
