QS Plan down to 1 snack? When did that change?

I did a Disneyland trip last year, so I was out of the WDW info loop.

In checking prices for a trip this year, I noticed that the Quick Service Dining Plan now only includes 2 Counter Service and *1* Snack per day.

When did that change from 2 Snacks per day?? I'm sure the price stayed the same or went up. :/
