QS or Kiosks Still Open During Epcot PM EMHs?

I'm not sure if this thread belongs here or on another forum..

A few years ago, I remember walking around Epcot WS during nighttime EMHs & being able to get beer or snacks from either the kiosks or a few QSs. I've heard that they no longer are open for the PM EMHs now & wanted to see if anyone who's been recently could confirm this? I suppose the only thing open would be attractions if it is true?

Thanks. But I meant to specify the regular, permanent kiosks in WS that sell beer & snacks like the one in Norway, the beer stands in Germany, etc.
