QS and allergy question

We leave Monday !!! eeeks !

I feel very confidant about our TS meals but I am worried about being stuck eating ck nuggets at QS places.

How easy is it to have a QS make a burger without cheese...or a flat bread without cheese. Sandwiches that are basically meat and bread only...no sauces or cheeses ?

We have been to numerous QS restaurants at WDW and have always had a wonderful and accommodating experience with the manager. In all of our situations, they were very willing to do whatever we asked to make things safe for our daughter who has multiple food allergies.

It's very easy to have your needs accommodated -- you just may have to wait a bit while your food is prepared. It has admittedly been nearly ten years since I worked at WDW, but bases upon that experience and my experience as a guest since then, you may not even need to ask for the manager. All of the cast members at a QS location have information on what ingredients are in each dish and will have at least had training on how the food is prepared so that they know what can and cannot be left off. Having the cheese and sauce left off is a pretty easy substitution. I'm assuming your allergy is to dairy in general, so you'll also want to check ingredients in the buns, etc., to confirm no dairy.
