QR Survey Problems

Is anyone having problems with getting SI Surveys? All I'm getting is white page after I fill in my birthday and clicking next button

I e-mailed QR about this. It is a problem SI is working on. It freezes on the board with the flags. The site was working for a day and went back down. Hopefully it will be fixed soonIt figures....the one site you can do up to five surveys a day
