QR - Shopping "not paid", no email response..ugg

I did some shopping through QR waited several weeks in which it hadn't gone through. I then noticed that the shopping status is now "not paid". I emailed them asking why it was "not paid" but have not heard a response. Is it normal for them to not reply at all? I've never had a problem with them and am now wondering if I should email them again. I don't want to be a pest though. If I won't be getting my credit I would like to know why at least. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you the member with the godaddy order pending? I responded to that email 3 times. It could be that your email provider is blocking our email. You should check your trash or spam folder.

I shop through QR on a weekly basis and have only had one very small shopping credit that has been denied. I also have never not heard back from the support link. I hope it works out for you.
 
I have been working with disneyshopping.com on a similar problem for over two weeks. I ordered $2000 worth of gift cards. I got one for $500 and wondered where the other 3 were. Same CC as used on the first $500 card could now "not be verified" with the bank. I have been on the phone nearly every day. They say it is released and when I call back the next day to ask about that coveted "shipment confirmation" they have another excuse why it can't be mailed out. I read on the QR blog that they are not allowing gift card purchases for the 9% reward for this month so I'm guessing that's why I am not getting my gift cards. I agree. Why didn't they send me an email instead of me waiting for a confirm I may never get. :sad2: With the potential of $200 back, I don't want to give up--but I think they want me to!
 

After reading over my previous post, it seemed like I might be complaining about QR. Nope--it's disneyshopping.com that has been less than helpful here. Dmitry has been as helpful as he could be under these circumstances.

As long as they ship it you still getting 9% since you oredered it during the promo period when they allowed gift cards.
 
It seems it is all my fault (kindof) in regards to no receiving credit for my order. All QR emails were being sent to my spam folder as they suggested here (I had 13,000+ emails to go through). I hope all should be handled and I did have faith in them as QR has always been great to work with.

Sorry for the unneccessary frustration.

Don't you hate how Yahoo removed being able to search through the Bulk folder? It has caused me many problems too.
 
Hooray! I got my 10% rewards back from disneyshopping.com dated 2/26 and 2/27 - finally! Same day as ship confirm! Thanks QR!
