Just wondering if anyone who signed up for this has seen their $13.95 cc charge reversed? I signed up on 2/28 and canceled on 3/1. The charge was pending the other day but when I checked a minute ago it is listed with the date of 3/1 and it was posted on 3/2. I will give them a call at some point but I just wanted to see what other people have experienced with this. Thanks!

I was just going to post about this! Yep mine was pending and then today it cleared instead of dropping off. I'm going to call and complain on Monday. If you did this offer check your CC for a $13.95 charge.

Yes - there IS a CHARGE on my credit card for $13.95. Yours was pending, is no longer pending, and is not listed as a charge?

Edited: misread your post -- okay -- you now have a charge of $13.95 listed also - correcct?

I did see some comments in the QR blog that the charge would be refunded when you cancel so I am wondering if that has happened to anyone or maybe it is too soon for the charges to be reversed??

I have been unable to post on the blog for some reason. I have written and re-written comments and they will not go through or I would have asked on there. (I am trying to figure out my problem with google blog! I have not been able to comment so I am not included in the contest. I was able to comment when the blog first started but can't now!!)

Yes that is correct. It was pending and today they cleared it (instead of dropping off) and charged me $13.95

Did we miss something on the site?

My 13.95 cleared on 3/1 so I just assume they will credit us back the money. Is this not correct?

I have a charge on my credit card as well. It does say this on their website "Customers canceling during the trial period are refunded the monthly service amount". So I assume the charge will be refunded it might just take a few days or something.

Here is their phone number Customer Service at 866.348.2800 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST but they aren't open today! What good does that do us......
