QR Cashout Question

I want to cash my points etc at Quick Rewards out and buy the creation rewards points or a different gift card. I feel totally stupid but I can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

Don't feel stupid. I didn't "get" QR for quite a while, but now it's my favorite RP. (I redeem for PayPal cash.) It's just not set up in an intuitive manner.

I cashed out once for CR points. What I did was click the Cashout link and then in the "Extra" section at the bottom, I typed:
"Gift Certificate EQ: I'd like 2 stacks of 50 Creations Rewards points ($.60). My login ID for them is my e-mail address: xxx@xxx.com" It went through a few days later without a hitch.

Their customer service is fabulous! If they need more clarification in order to fulfill your cashout request, they will e-mail you within one or, at most, two business days. Good luck. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
