QR cashout question

Ok confused how do I cash out and get Disney Dollars. Sorry to be so lame but the cash out page is confusing.

It is confusing. Make sure you are on the cashout that is at the top of the page with brackets around it. (If you click on "Gift Certificates Cashouts!" you won't be in the right place.) Under the "extra" space where it says none you type in what you want. It's helpful if you give account information and mailing/email address. I hope this helps!
