QR Anyone able to open the "Shopping" section?

I click on Shopping, but nothing happens! I wanted to order flowers today & was going to do my first shopping through QR & now I can't!! Go figure!! :rotfl:

Maybe they're getting ready to launch the new site?!

This should not be happening. Which browser are you using?
I used Firefox and no problems. Anyone else having this problem?
 
Very, very slow trying to open it. Took quite a while using IE for me.
 
Hmmm...I did just go back & I was able to get in?! Not sure what happened there! Thanks for the update! I'll be shopping in just a few now!! :0)

Yes, still slow for me. As a matter of fact, when I click on something, like shopping, sometimes nothing happens. Not having problems with any other sites.... Anyone else having problems or is it just me??

ETA - I just tried a couple more sites and I have no problem with them.
 
It's not just you. The whole site has been much slower for me today. It is working just slow. very strange.
 
Ok I will have the programmer look into this and I hope to get this fixed asap. If you need to do shopping and need a link email me for it.
 
Everything should be back to normal now. I hope the site is fast now for all of you!

BTW, I placed an order for disney last night and my shopping total is showing up as a negative amount. Is this normal? I don't think this happened last time I ordered through QR.

This is a mistake on my end. The old QR system works strange. If I forget to pend the order first and then approve it, I get a negative balance. I was crediting a lot yesterday and approved it without pending it first. As you can see the money went into your balance even though it says negative. Just disregard this negative. It does not mean that this amount was deducted from your total. It also does not mean that this amount will be deducted from future orders.

Sorry, Dmitry, one more question if you are still hanging around here. I just checked the status of my shopping order and it is listed as "paid" but it didn't move from 'shopping' to my 'rewards' total. I thought my last order become part of my spendable balance once it was listed as "paid"? Is something not right here? Or does it take a certain amount of time before it is redeemable?

Sorry to bother you again because I'm sure you have a ton to catch up on after being away. Hope you had a great vacation!

Thanks for the response! I just didn't want my shopping credit to get lost in cyberspace since it is marked as paid but didn't get added to my total yet.

It is in your balance already even though it says it is not. In your total QR balance you didn't see the balance increase when I credited the order?

In the upper right corner of the page, it says:
rewards:
shopping:
refpoints:
The negative credit is listed under "shopping", but my "rewards" total on the first line did not increase.

I also checked under the cash out section and it isn't available for cash out yet.
