Push the button?!?!? We don't get to do that anymore, we have to fill in the dot ala SAT style. Let's see how many ways we can screw that up too.

We're pretty high tech here. We have 6 traffic lights in the whole town and we have electronic voting machines. No hanging chads here!

We had the flip the lever ones forever. People will have to actually stop and read something now instead of swiping the hand across and leaving. LOL

And we have you beat on lights, we just got light number 3 last year. Light 2 about 5 years before that and light #1 about 15 years ago. I couldn't even tell you how many times my mom (and everyone else) drove through it.

Yup, we have fill in the circle thingies too. Feel like I'm back at school. Oh, there are too many Bs filled in, that pattern doesn't look right, this has to be wrong.

We have the fill in the circle too. Then you insert your ballot into a machine to validate it. If you did something wrong, it spits it back at you.

Ours is "complete the arrow" style - -> like that.

Nothing worth voting on here...at least we haven't gotten any notification that there's any sort of election.

I was cracking up at the coroner discussion...how would the non-MD list cause of death?

The cornoner race is over and the non-MD did not win. He did get 30% of the votes!! Since he was running as the democrate, I suspect he got many of the votes due to the choice to vote staight party. I am hoping so, or there are many criminal who wanted an imcompetant cornoner.

Do people really do that? Only vote straight party line? What if the person is your party but doesn't have the same views on everything you do?

Sadly but many do vote the party line. I did not. Now if there were only two or three things to vote on and all the candidates I wanted were in the same party, then I would vote that way to "save time". Personally I think that option should be removed.
