q. regarding rental properties in Orlando

Hi folks:
I have a quick question regarding rental condos in Orlando. I booked through a referred rental agency (referred by someone on here). The property manager wants a deposit up front (understandable) but wants full payment 1month prior to our arrival - is that normal? Just wanted to see what other experiences people have had and if this is the norm.... thanks!

Yes, that's very normal. The place we rent each summer wants the full amount 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Absolutely normal -although the payment timescale will vary from owner to owner and comany to company .
