We're doing a split stay, and DH wants a mug. So Do I pay for the mug and then add on 10 days of usage.
How much is it for the Mug now and how much for 10 days?
TIA

Sorry I haven't bought one in years, but do these prices include the cost of the mug??.
I was told that because of the "Split Stay" I have to buy 2 mugs(May 6-8,May 8-15).

You shouldn't have to buy 2 mugs. Buying a "length of stay" mug gives you 1 mug with an expiration date of 2 weeks from date of purchase. Sodas are now RFID - chip at bottom of mug. It'll stop working when the chip date expires. This means you can't microwave the mugs if you want to use it for soda. Keep your receipt in case you do.

Coffee/tea does not have the RFID, same way to fill as before.

You will only need one mug. "Length of stay" is defined as up to two weeks. It does include the cost of the mug as well. The one mug will work for both reservations.

Thank you:cutie:. I think the guy I was talking to at MS doesn't know much. He had to keep looking up the information about my stay and then at what resort I would be staying at:magnify:. End he just end the call.
Oh well. But thanks to you , I now have the information I need . Have a pixie dust daypixiedust:

We had a split stay starting at AKL Kidani. We bought the 14 days on the mug and it was still good to go at the Boardwalk.

We had three resorts and were told to keep our receipt and they had to update them to work at the second resort...lucky we had the receipt...so keep it handy
