I’m scheduled for a split stay – 4 nights at BC then 2 nights POFQ. The Beach Club reservation was through my friend's work conference and paid for by her company. I was recently added to the reservation since her fiancé couldn’t go. I paid for a premium magic band and I’m supposed to pick it up at check-in.
Unfortunately the conference is being canceled by her company due to Coronavirus concerns. My question is, will I still be able to pick up the magic band or will it get canceled as well (hopefully with a refund)?
I still plan to go to and will get a hotel (possibly offsite) for the nights before my POFQ reservation. I could stop by BC and pick up the band.
I already received my band for my POFQ reservation, so I don’t really need another MB. I just want it because I think the Minnie icon band is adorable and I was happy to get it cheaper.
