Q for Denver Colorado residents.

We were in Denver over the weekend for a family get away before school starts. Well we were downtown on Colfax and they had it closed from Lincoln to Speer so we had to detour. We rounded about the Brown palace and that area. As we were driving along I noticed an older building. The name on it read 'Navarre Place' Navarre in our oldest sons middle name, so that is why it caught my eye. Does anyone know what this building is? I tried a search, yet came up with nothing. So I thought I would try the Dis.
