Q about 1900 Park Fare

Okay-I read the menus on AllEarsNet. Are the "mashed sweet potatoes and red bliss potatoes" mixed together or do they have mashed sweet potatoes in one container and mashed regular potatoes in another?

Well, I will admit to eating there last Oct, but I dont remember eating potatoes...

I would say just by your post they would have to be seperate?

I will add my parents, dh and I really enjoyed this buffet - lots of great choices!!
