1 - All electronic (docusign etc), but I think it is optional to wet sign, including notary.

2 - I’ve been on 10 DCL cruises in the last year and have always asked the guides on board this same question. Basically, the answer is no.

3 - No magical beginnings for Poly yet. Next incentive round is this month, so we’ll see? My guess is no change to incentives.

The next change is an increase in price of $10/per point. Any promotion after that will include the new price.

I wonder if it’s been warm enough yet to cast an opinion. I think daytime highs were in the 60s at opening, and there was another cold spell in Jan?

President’s Day weekend should be a test but looks like it’s just reaching 80 today. High of 70 tomorrow after rain tonight.

Been there multiple times since December. Never seen more than a few people at the pool. Lava pool can be pretty crowded though. That is, people are using the pools, just not the Cove Pool at the tower. Maybe that changes in a month when it gets warm. The other two pools are far more inviting spaces than the one at the tower.

We were there first week of February when the weather was beautiful. The tower pool was packed. We had to go to the oasis pool several times because we could not find chairs. I wish it was a bit bigger.

Was there 3 weeks ago for a long weekend and tower pool was not that busy - no problem getting chairs. Having been to that pool, will agree with others that the main lava pool is the star of the show and much more interesting, but I just cannot handle the crowds and number of kids in that thing.... like a communal bathtub with everyone in it all the time. The tower pool is good enough and is certainly close enough to the Tower.

Is there a map or list available for locations of the standard view studios in the Poly Tower? Specifically the parking lot side - up to what floor is standard? Are there any preferred views in that block?

Touring Plans is confusing as it show all standard view through floor 7 (except 8605 is preferred) but I thought the highest floor (floor 7 only?) on that side were preferred view. I want to put a request in but I don’t want to confuse the room assigner if I indicate a room that’s not in my category.

I know there are maps of other DVC resorts that show in colors which room sizes and categories are where. Has something like this been created for Poly Tower yet?

How often does Disney declare new rooms for a resort in sale? Would love to stay at the Poly Tower, but need to get lucky and have Disney declare more studios at the right time.

I know it depends on how much they have sold to release more rooms. We only bought in 2019 and I started obsessively reading these boards, LOL, but it seems to me, anecdotally, every 20-25% gets a room release. BUT, there also seems to be conveniently timed releases so that folks get their holiday season rooms. We got our December VGF waitlist when BPK was in active sales and a whole bunch of inventory was declared right around then, and more Poly was released this week, just in time for Halloween/Thanksgiving waitlists.

Coincidence? Maybe! LOL.

All depends on sales, but always keep a waitlist active. You never know when they would declare more inventory. They just declared 18 more units into the inventory.
