PVB Tower Charts, Sales Date and more!!!

This is relatively new. Florida law now limits interest ownership of real estate to exclude people from certain countries (China, Iran, Russia, Cuba, North Korea, and maybe a couple more). I think that's all the notary is checking for, compliance to this. As far as I know, this has not been picked up on the resale side.

It has been picked up by a few resale title companies as well - I’ve had to do a few recently

Photo credit to @trishadono, a nice fake grassy area has been installed in that area between Aotearoa and the new Cove Pool. Some chess pieces set up, likely a good open space for other similar activities or to just let your littles run around a bit.

We're a week away people.

Maybe they'll do a little better here but I'm reminded of our experience as a first guest back when the hotel side reopened post renovations/COVID... no batteries in the remote, no trashcans in the room. Not sure if they've had time for it but I've always felt Disney would be better to have a few shakedown runs before paying guests, always seems to be some small things here and there to be worked out. I guess we'll see.

Very glad the walkway will finally be open again!

Yes. Tikimans FB page has posts from a few people mentioning this. There is (or at least was) a video of entering the lobby. So we can see the actual interior as opposed to an artist rendering.

There are invited guests there now (probably CM and families) and there is also a security guard posted outside the entrance to the Cove pool. that was enough to dissuade me from trying to get any unique photos. This morning I also saw people out on the balconies. Today is the Condo association meetings. I grossly underestimated the traffic this time of day, and looks like I’ll completely miss the Poly meeting, but maybe someone else was able to be there. Edited to add: today is BLT tomorrow is Poly so … yay!

We booked a Poly stay long before the tower opening dates were announced, and it turns out we overlap by one day. Confirmed with our guide yesterday that there are showrooms available in the tower and booked a tour for the first available day, the 18th. He said there weren't many timeslots left. I'm excited to see them!

Sort of brutal visual with the monorail guard right there at the entrance, but a necessity I guess.

Seems to confirm something I have suspected - that there won’t be an actual security booth at the entrance. That will be interesting operationally for a bit, I suspect.

Site is really coming right along in the final days.

Excited for those so close to a stay... Anxious to hear more deets.
And I'm curious about Capt Hooks b'fast crowds...I fear they may be slammed since Wailulu has such limited offerings.
Hopefully, many 1 & 2 BRs will have b'fast at "home" but I think it's maybe a missed opportunity not to offer more at Wailulu.

I agree. I really expected they'd do something similar to Sanaa.

Looks amazing! Really happy with how everything has turned out minus the pool and boring splash pad. Would have been nice for the splash pad to have at least a small slide for kids like 2-5 years old.

Yup, I sort of don’t get why they did a splash pad at all, when you consider the adjacent pool doesn’t have lifeguards.
Disney doesn’t typically mix splash pads with “quiet pools” for good reason

In the BLT board meeting today they confirmed that the deluxe studio is going to stay at occupancy of four. So the Poly longhouses will remain desirable for many folks that need that extra bed.

Do we know anything about the view mix for the tower units? I'm looking for exact counts on how many Standard, Preferred, Premium, and Theme Park view rooms there are for each size unit.
