PVB- American Thanksgiving/Christmas/NYE/Marathon Weekend - rooms open!

Hi,

Polynesian SV open from December 24-January 6, all nights! At 5:46 pm.

Possibly before and after those dates as well, didn't check (EDIT: more dates available). Must be declaration of new points.

Or Woody has lassoed the system and caused a massive glitch.

It appears to be affecting a number of dates in Nov, including Thanksgiving week, and December. It appears mainly only standard view is opening up and it is beginning to close (some of the January time mentioned is already gone). This is something that has happened before as a result of declaring new units in DVC.

I wasn't serious about poor ol' Woody. I knew it was points being declared.

NYE is now gone. Good luck everyone. Almost fell over when I saw it.

I was a little worried that it might be a glitch too, but then it dawned on me that they probably just released new points into the system. I was able to move around my NYE reservations for our party of 6.

I originally had us in a 2BR for 3 nights at BLT, then we were split up on NYE (our last night) in 1BR's at BWV and BLT. I now have us booked in 3 standard studios at PVB for the entire 4 nights. As much as it pained me to give up that NYE room at BWV, this is better in the long run since each couple now gets their own room (no one sleeps on a pull-out!) and we don't have to switch resorts during our stay.

I'll miss the luxury of being able to walk to the parks, but I still think it was a good move.

I will be there as well. I had pieced together 11 nights previously and then grabbed my one missing night yesterday.

You won't regret everyone having their own personal space.

Don't forget you have three ways to the MK and back - not just small boat and monorail . The ferry as well.

And such easy walking access to the Epcot monorail.
